Rates
$250.00 per 50 min. session
Sliding Scale fees are available for those with financial constraints.
Payment
Cash, Checks, Major Credit Cards, and Health Savings Account Credit Cards are accepted forms of payment. Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
Insurance
OUT-OF-NETWORK BENEFITS: I am happy to help you to understand and attain your benefit details. I will also provide the service of submitting your claims for reimbursement.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your Insurance plan's out-of-network benefits .
Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- Can I use an out of network Provider and still receive benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session for an out of network provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
