Once we understand your needs, we can get to problem solving through action.

We all have needs. Once our therapy process has begun to identify unrecognized needs , or needs that were recognized but the strategies for getting them met weren't effective, we can apply practical solutions.

Solutions will be tailored to you. I draw from a wide range of skill building and tools to help accomplish your goals. From continuing to develop your communication skills , to practicing mindfulness techniques, or learning to distinguish the facts from the feelings in a situation in order to respond more effectively. I will draw from my own experience and a host of evidence based solutions from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the 12-step recovery model, positive psychology, Gestalt therapy, and Somatic Intuitive therapy to help you meet your goals.
